I also have one (P/N 54030-09) I have it listed as a set locally with the detachable backrest (P/N 52627-09) and pad (P/N 51633-06) for 300 dollars, however I'll consider breaking it up.

 

I would be interested in one of these also if anyone has one for the '09 models. I would also like the standard height backrest and pad for Street Glide if anyone has one for the right price.
