Tag bracket railing/support ? as shown in E-bay ad- is different from the grab bar rail.

I have personally put Grab Bar rails on 2 - 09 dressers.

Kickstart.....ok, now that I see what you're talking about, I see where the confusion was. I don't doubt you've fit those on the new bikes, but what he is selling here is the rear hoop that goes between the struts behind the seat over the fender. The license plate mounts to them on the non-street glide bikes like this:

Yes,that is the part.There are pics in the ebay listing.
Also this is off a Street Glide so it does not have Lic Plate holes,for anyone with other Touring bikes looking to relocate their plate.
