if you don't have any luck finding it in black, as they're readily available in chrome, you can dip them in muriatic acid for a few minutes or get them bead blasted, safer bead blasting too, and then get them powdercoated if this helps. they're i think 25 bux at harley for the new chrome ones. they really do work nice. i've found them in used motorcycle parts bins, sorta like harley junkyard items. good luck.

 

the black baffels come on all road glides even the 09s there like 12 bucks at the dealer brand new. The have a hard time finding them cause no body knows what they come on
