On most HD horns there is a screw in the rear of the horn that is covered with some type of rubber. Its used to "tune" the horn at the factory. Remove the rubber and turn the screw to make it louder. I don't remember which way makes it louder so just try it both ways. I did mine several years ago and its much louder now.
