I had this seat on my '22 UL for about the last 5000 miles (about 6 months) so it's already broken in. Turns out, my wife hates it, so it has to go. I bought it new in the spring of '23. It moves you back 2" from the stock limited seat. The back rest has a handy storage pouch on the back, is height ajustable and it folds forward to make it easier for the passenger to mount. $500 plus shipping. No, not too hard. Since it's the extended reach, it makes the rear pillion 2" shorter than stock. The overall seat length is the same as stock, so the room for me had to come from somewhere. And the rear pillion on this seat is not the widest, so it makes it a bit too small for her for long term comfort. A smaller person would likely have no issue with it. I've added a snip from the Saddleman website with the seat dimensions.
