FS: Russel Day Long Seat - 08+ Touring models
I have a RDL seat for sale that was used on my 2017 Road Glide Special (equipped with TP and Lowers). Details are as follows:
- Russell modified my Mustang Seat model 76860 Super Touring Summit for Harley-Davidson FL Touring 2008+. Purchased my Mustang in 2017.
- Russell only modified the rider portion of the seat, accepts Mustang's stock backrest, kept the Mustang's positioning (1.75" further back than the typical Harley stock seat).
- Russell built my Day Long seat on February 15, 2022 using the Heavy-Duty Suspension – Driver Seat 230lbs+ and will sit you up about 1" taller vs the Mustang.
- The seat was used for one Road Trip in 2022 (aprox <1K miles) and it was phenomenal (very comfortable); cured my tailbone aches I experienced on the Mustang on multiple road trips to the west coast.
- Selling the RDL because I decided not to ride long distance road trips anymore, so I'm converting my RG to a Performance Bagger for local ridding.
- over $1,500 invested (Mustang + modification from Russell) & the seat basically looks brand new. Rain cover from Russell is also included.
Located in Trenton, New Jersey and willing to drive & meet the buyer half way (max radius of 200 miles). Looking to sell it for $875. If buyer is too far away, will ship it but buyer needs to add shipping costs (and insurance if you require it).
Any ?s, just ask. Thanks for looking.

OP, it's kind of hard to picture the seat leaning against the wall. Maybe a picture or two of it laying flat on the floor, or when it was on your bike.

The picture you have there makes it look like it’s for a really short rider. Not what a Super a tour is or an extended reach.
