I have a used pair of CVO mufflers fully assembled with Fullsac 2.0 Power Cores and Techmat blankets. The heat shields are also included. The mufflers are from a 2018 CVO which run $180 to $350 on Ebay. The baffles/blankets are $288 on the Fullsac website. The 2.0 baffles are the middle noise level and sound great. I love these, but I'm switching to a 2 into 1 header and wont need these any more. They have about 10k miles on them with no scratches or dents. Fit all 2017 thru 2023 M8 baggers.

The 2” Fullsac baffles sound great. When they still had an in house fabricator I sent my stock Street Glide cans to them. They cut out the stock baffles and welded in their 2” baffles.

I was extremely pleased with the results. What the OP has listed is the only way to get that sound now that I know of.
