Low mileage Progressive 430-4072 12 HD shocks. They have some very light surface rust behind the springs. You can see it in the pictures.

I bought these as the second owner. Story was they were on a ladys bike but were to stiff. 3 rode em for maybe 100 miles. They are good shocks but I wanted to go to 13's.
