No! Seat pictured is off a SG or RG.

 

What did you replace it with?

The SG / RG stock seat will/should fit an Ultra just fine, as far as I know…..the main difference is that an Ultra oem seat has a considerably larger passenger seat area, compared to the SG / RG seat, where, on the SG /RG OEM seat, the passenger seating area is sloped, and smaller in area, to better aesthetically fit the lines of the SG / RG without the Tour Pak….
