New. Purchased in summer 2021. Also purchased lower fairing as well, with speakers. But with the speakers installed, it's a pain to remove everything. So I decided I don't need these. These are brand new. I opened 2 of the plastic bag holding some of the parts just to check them out. The rest are still in the original plastic bags.
