Default FS: 17+ OE Header drilled for 18mm wide band O2 sensors

If you’re looking to add wide band O2 sensors to your stock header, maybe add the SE Smart Tune Pro, which works with the PV, you’ll need to go thru the hassle of modifying your stock header to accept the 18mm sensors by drilling out and tapping the 12mm bungs. Stock narrow band sensors use a 12mm bung. The HD tap/dye kit is $445 or you can pay a dealer a bunch to modify yours… or, buy this one and be ready to install.

This is a stock header from a 2020 RoadGlide Ltd with the cat in place. Priced at $150 OBO plus shipping.

Pics coming

2 Questions:
1. Did the O2 sensors have adequate clearance? I've read the rear o2 sensor may hit the trans cover.
2. Shipping to Fairmont WV, 26554?
Thanks

Thanks for your questions. In response to #1, the fitment could be better on the rear cylinder. Based on a conversation with the service mgr at my local dealer, it seems to be slightly different on each bike they setup. I’m my case, the fitment was adequate, but could have been better, though there was nothing wrong with how it fit. The wide band sensors are ~2.5” long and on the rear cylinder, the rubber relief casing can rest on, or touch, the transmission cover. In my case it touched the corner. It didn’t cause any issues, doesn’t rub and is even noted in the HD instructions that it is acceptable for the casing the wires are in to contact the transmission cover. So, I think it’s fine. I am now running the older style SE hi-flow exhaust with the O2 bungs in the same location and it’s not an issue.

As for shipping, I have a box for this header and will run to UPS tomorrow and check shipping. Feel free to PM with more questions.

A couple of pics below. This header has about 1500 miles. The cat is in place and the O2 bungs are drilled for 18mm sensors.

Shopping to WV will be $55-70. Boxed and ready to go.
