Can anyone comment on whether these basic lowering blocks negatively affect anything on the bike? I understand the ride geometry may change but wondering if it might cause any extra wear and tear on the bike?

Have not noticed any for the time I used them. I changed out the stock HD air shocks to a set of Progressive Ultra Touring (Heavy Duty) series lowering shocks. 13 inches of travel with am 11.75 inch stance when sitting on the bike. Keeps me flat footed. Going to install the front drop in front fork cartridges from Progressive that provide lowering to match the rear shocks to keep the bike geometry the same and my seat height at 25 inches.
