I'm not 100% sure this will fit your 09, but everything I have looked up seems to say it will. Relatively speaking on H-D seats...some 2-up I see work on 08-13 models, along with 14 and up without the tour-pak, while others will say 14 and up only.

The OEM part number 52000142 is listed to fit 08-20's.
