I know what cross threading is, but how does that pertain to this thread?

 

It's meant in humor, there is no such thing as "cross thread points, however when a member mentions in one particular thread something that is being discussed in another thread someone usually chimes "cross thread points awarded" ... There is a Roland Sands thread about bootleg air cleaners
