True, You can see the difference in the right side shocks.

 

They were all premium. The only difference is the application/year model.

These are the stock shocks on a 2019 RGS. For 2019 they only made two types; "Low" profile 12" that came stock on Road and Street Glides and 13" STD that came on Ultra's and Limited's
It is my understanding that mine will fit 2009-2020.

 

09-16 came with air shocks and the premium was a option..
17-20 came with standard hand adjustable shocks and the premium is still a upgrade.
Not to argue the fact but it is what it is. a lot of people has the misconception that because they are hand/**** adjustable that they are premium and thats not the case.
Ride the two sets shown in the picture and you will feel the difference.
