all you need is the patch cord to go from tuner to bike, your VIN will be all 1’s when go to tune. Have a M8 now and too many things locked, so went a different rout.

There is a guy who does it. He is in TX. It’s 125.00 to start from scratch, worked great for the 13 after the 12

 

There's one in Quebec as well, i believe. I think he offers the service on Ebay.

I bought one of these wiped years ago out of Australia. If you are willing to watch the instructional videos on Harley's website and do multiple data collection runs at various RPM ranges, you will wind up with a good tune. Once you get used to it the interface is easy to understand and really lets you dig down into the guts of things and tweak settings to your liking.
