Yes, this will fit. The front of the rest goes to the top of the rear shock. The back goes to the forward most post on your 4 point bracket. 4 point accessories are all interchangeable. I have a backrest for my 09 that fit my friends '16
I believe you are correct. I put in the part number for my SGS and it says that it also fits the 2011 Road Glide.
