Are you willing to split up the system? I have no use for the rear speakers on my Ultra.

Unless I'm mistaken, each pair of Boom II speakers requires its own amp. Those front speakers do for sure.
Do the rears mount in bag lids?

Yes, to my knowledge each speaker set needs its own amp. I assume the rear speakers are intended for saddlebag mounting since they do not fit the Tourpak enclosures.

The amp provides great sound quality for all the speakers. Sure you could add another amp if needed but not necessary.
