Seems a bit high with shipping and needing a new cover. Might cost the same, or even less, for a brand new Hammock. Just IMO. GLWS!

Seat & backrest combo avalable again, buyer had to back out due to financial limitations.

Yep, Hammock, back rest and mount would be north of $800 at the H-D mother ship and north of $600 at the other online sites like Surdyke or New Castle. IMO, even with having to buy a cover, $350 is a very good deal. YMMV
