I picked one of these seats up on here awhile ago to use on my road king for longer trips. It's so much better than my stock seat...all day rides are no problem with that seat. 50 bucks is a sweat deal. Disclaimer...im in no way affiliated with the seller and do not know him or her...just a decent seat for great price.

 

Does this come with the strap for passenger?

 

Is this off a '09 or later? I'm making sure I read the build tag properly.

 

Looks clear to me by the pics, if you punch in the code, shows 09 - 13 Touring.
