According to the part number, it's the lowered version. Even on their site, I couldn't find how much it lowers. Is it 1" or 2" drop? Thanks!

 

Correct this is a lowering kit, it has everything needed for a 1" or 2" drop. If you go to the link from Dennis Kirk below they have the manual PDF link in there and you can see all the details on how the kit works.
