are these complete top and bottom with all hardware? OEM or other? if other what brand.

Since HD is not making stretch bags other than the CVO style bags yet I would be pretty safe in saying these are not oem. To the best of my knowledge they are advanblacks but can not confirm one way or the other. They are complete ride ready bags with minimal scuffs. Not show quality by any means yet are respectable looking. I personally like the cvo style bags and would not hesitate to use these on my own sled if I were into the stretched look.
