Yes,
I know the power vision is, and I have no idea how to unlock it. The power commander and target Tune do not require a marriage.

 

The only way to use your Power Vision on a different bike is to get a new license from Dynojet for $199. You may want to consider that in your asking price.

 

The price also includes the PC5 and Target Tune.
