Had these on my 2012 street glide for a few years, going to xover pipes... Normal wear and tear, nothing major. I had the 18 mm bungs welded in by a local shop. I am thinking about $250 and I'll pay shipping in lower 48 states. PayPal preferred.

Yes, believe they will

 

the 09 and up the frame is a little wider than your 08 don,t know what that will do to how far out from the frame the pipes will be on your 08

 

Not sure they will as above says, if you posted a part number he can check it out on their site.

 

Do they still have the 12mm bungs as well?

Not sure the part number, sorry, but looking at the latest ones on the v&h website, they will fit 09 to 16. Yes it has both the 12mm bungs from factory and 18mm which were welded on after. The 12mm are plugged currently. I'll keep looking for part numbers.
