These came from a CVO Limited that had 10 miles on the speedo. I bought these 18 months ago, but I never installed them. I have an ‘06 RK, and they are made for ‘09 and up.

Out of curiosity, did you try them on the bike? They should fit, the only issue might be the adjustment **** clearing the bags.

 

I didn't try them on the bike. I know they will physically fit, but I was told there might be an issue installing them on the pre-'09 touring bikes. The hand-adjustable shocks have a different spring rate and dampening on each side. The '09 and later models have a stiffer swing arm, to minimize any affects of each side of the swing arm being under different loads.
I know guys who have installed them on the pre-'09, but I was worried about the swing arm on my '06 after reading about stress cracks on the swing arm by using the hand adjustable shocks.
