I believe that those are the the OEM STANDARD HAND ADJUSTABLE shocks, not the (PREMIUM) ones.

 

so 54000096 isnt a premium part number? Sure? regardless, these are like $490 MSRP new? Price seems pretty good...BUMP

The Harley Premium Hand adjustable part numbers are the LOW 12in. is 54000091 and the 13in. Premium is 54000008.
You can find several of the OEM ones on ebay with low miles and dealer take-offs for under $200.00.
I recently sold my nephews off of his 2019 CVO Ultra for $150.00 with 216 miles on them.
You can see by the picture the difference in the rebound side that the Premium has many more wraps and a larger spring than the OEM ones.

 

I have the 13" from a CVO ultra on m y 2016 RG Ultra and it was a marked improvement from the stock air shocks...I think that $225 is a fair price...
