Genuine harley saddlebag lid covers for 97-13 touring model hardbags. You'll need to pick up some velcro from the depot but otherwise these are in good shape. Heavy vinyl. They were on my old bike for quite some time before I purchased it and they did not leave any scratches on the lids when removed.
