I was thinking more about the riders backrest, I guessing the detachable your referencing is for the passenger. good information but I'd like ot know if the pass through/cut out is proprietary to ciro or will accommodate the Harley riders backrest. Thanks in advance to anyone who might know.

Checked the Ciro 3D website and it says this seat will not work with the Harley Davidson rider backrest.

$500 shipped for Seat and Pillion. Going on a trip for an extended weekend tommorow so I will be out of cell service tomorrow morning until Sunday.
