This mount fits the 1/2" round bar found on the Harley Tour-Pak luggage rack (Harley Part #53665-87). This is a solid or fixed (stationary) mount. Also, 13" pole for 10"x15" glass as shown in picture.

 

Thanks. In looking at the pics you posted, they don't seem to be solid/fixed, at least not the same as the fixed on The Pro Pad site or the fixed mounts that I have on my bike. Can you confirm? I am shopping these for a friend and his 2009 Ultra Classic. Thanks again.
