Default Ohlins FKC102 Fork Cartridges for 49MM Touring with extras

For sale is a set of Ohlins FKC102 fork cartridges that fit touring bikes with 49MM forks. These are in perfect condition, only have 10k miles on them, and were just professionally disassembled, inspected, and cleaned by Motorcycle Metal. They come with standard height springs and were revalved to greatly reduce front-end dive.

These forks are very easy to install and come with good instructions. If you’ve done forks before or have a service manual, these will be a snap to install. They are a DRAMATIC IMPROVEMENT over the stock front suspension! I just decided to go a different direction with my bike.

These will come with a quart of the correct weight Ohlins fork oil, all instructions and information cards, and the special tools needed for install. The special tools would normally need to be purchased separately and run about $100. The first three tools on the list in the picture below will come with these. The fluid level gauge and syringe will also be needed and will be included. The other tools listed will be needed too but are common tools. You can collect those while you’re waiting for this kit to arrive.

The fork cartridges and springs alone cost from $850-$1,000 depending on where you buy them. The oil is $30 and the special tools are $100. These were just professionally inspected and cleaned and are in perfect condition.

I’m selling all of this for $750 shipped anywhere in the lower 48.

Thats a great deal for somebody , people seem to be all over the rear shocks but front is even in more need of improvement , you can really tell once you update it.

How much you do you weight? I’m curious what spring you have on there as that will make a big difference in ride quality

I weigh 210. The part number for the springs is in the picture if you wanna research it. I’ve ridden with this setup solo, 2-up, and solo loaded up with my tourpak and gear. These cartridges felt great in every scenario.
