Would love to know your plan (different direction - why the change, problems?). I have that ThunderMax, liking it quite a bit and I never got around to actually tuning it.
Great price and I can recommend it. It just works and lots capabilities. Changing VIN is super easy too (entered mine wrong on the first pass. There's a setting to change it). Pretty much the only option that preserves the factory original setting (if you swap back the original).

My builder GMS Racing redid the bottom end with crank improvements,Tiimkin bearings, head work, special low compression pistons with heat treatment for turbo applications. The Thundermax was never an issue, I always liked the Powervision and so do they.
The bike is an absolute handful.
173 foot pounds of torque at 3k rpm.
