That is the kit part number (54000008 ); Shocks can be purchased separately; regardless of the word "premium" or not, the OPs shocks are the same that come stock on the 2017-19 CVO limiteds...$508.42 worth or less from online retailers...They ride great..I have them on my ride...great deal OP, the 13"s arent easy to find...
I would beg to differ Sir. If you check the 54000008 from their website you you can see the difference of the rebound side shock. Also from what you show why would they sell them cheaper separately that as a kit @ $549.00? I have attached a picture in this thread showing the differences even the are the LOW's I think the same applies to the Standard 13" ones.
