New Never installed Progressive Suspension for 2014 and up H-D Touring.

Standard However if you want to lower it. You can buy the shims from Progressive. Still way cheaper than the hole kit.

Here's a bump for you. I'm going to pass on this part # is 31-4000 I'm looking for #31-4004, Progressive told me the newer style cap fits better on my Road Glide & the Road Kings under the nacelle. Perfect for a batwing though just my luck.
