I'm curious, is this a heated seat? The electrical plug is for...?

Compressors - you can see the rocker switches in the 1st picture.

I actually did notice them but had no clue what they were for! Please pardon my obvious ignorance but what "compressors" would you be referring? Pretty sure there's no lumbar support bladder ?

I took this shot from the HD description. It's rare we change the position of the bladders on a short run but on a 500 mile ride, it's a blessing.

Would it work with my HD backrest (seen in my signature pic) or does it have to be a RZ branded backrest? What is the width of the passenger part? ('You-know-who' wants to know)

Thanks

Um what pic? The remote adjustable one doesn't work, the bracket is too big. The basic one that you squeeze the two bars together to remove will work just fine. Best seat ever, but I find myself (6'2") tippy toeing when I got it aired up.

The pic is attached to my signature that only shows up on desktop version - not the mobile version, "Garage Talk".

At 6'-0" and 34-35" inseam I'm likely to experience same as you. I wouldn't like being anything other than flat-footed while sitting on it. Thanks for your time and good luck in selling what appears to be a nice seat!
