Default Fuel Moto Jackpot, Black Heat Shields, Black Rush Slip-ons

FULL HARLEY TOURING 2-1-2 EXHAUST SYSTEM!!!

This is a custom exhaust setup with the fuel moto jackpot 2-1-2 harley touring header as the foundation. Fits 09-16 harley touring models.

The header has been fitted with big city thunder qq baffles ($140 just in those alone). The baffles were removed out of the 3 1/2 inch rush slip-ons essentially creating an “almost open” exhaust system utilizing the qq baffles.

BELOW IS WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO...

If you choose, the big city thunder baffles can be removed from the header and crossover. Rush (single bolt) Baffles for the slip ons could then be purchased, and the system would be back to its original design. The mounting hardware for the big city baffles (one bolt in the header, one in the crossover) would need to remain installed if you decide to remove the big city baffles, these bolts are not visible parts of the exhaust system so it will not effect the look (or performance) of the pipe.

Pros:

Fuel Moto Jackpot 2-1-2 header retails for $700 with heat shields.

This comes with OEM Screaming Eagle black heat shields that retail on their own for close to $300 (these heat shields have very little signs of use, only a few very small scratches typical of normal use).

Big city thunder qq baffles inside the header create a decent amount of back pressure to provide torque in this open exhaust system. These baffles retail for $140. Again, for better performance I was going to take the exhaust back to it’s original design.

Cons.

The Rush slip ons are in my opinion "just ok" condition. There is no road rash but the slash up was miter cut to change the angle. They were coated with appropriate paint as they have held up with no cracking or peeling but (from about a foot away) you can see there is over spray. It will never be noticed from more than a foot away (if at all) once they have been installed.

There is some surface rust on the bottom of the crossover pipe, and the crossover may need a new gasket ($7 at Harley).

The crossover heat shield is not a match to the other heat shields and it has some road rash. It is a quality piece (other than the road rash) and once it is installed you can not see the road rash at all. If standing looking at the bike you cannot tell that it's not a match, it just has a different paint texture than the rest of the shields. The heat shields have some light scratches typical of being used on the road.

More pros!!!!!

Well over $1500 worth of parts here!!!

This comes with all mounting hardware needed to install the system!!!

$450 for the lot and i’ll Split shipping with you!
