My right switch pack went bad (brake lamp switch stopped working) and I replaced both sides with the backlit controls. If you just need a left side for cheap then here it is. These are $200 from a dealer for a set, about $160 online. This is off of my 2014 Road King that has 35k miles. It should fit 14-16 Road Kings, but not other touring models.
