I tried to find a pic on the web, but I couldn't find anything. How does it mount in the back?

 

The front locks in just like your stock seat and underneath in the rear, there are 2 brackets that slide over the existing threaded studs on your bike. You use the existing nuts. The seat covers over the bolts. You lift the rear of the seat slightly to secure the nuts then drop the seat down when tight. It's a well-crafted seat and certainly has a slick look to it but with nice cushion.
