Cant tell......... Is that black or chrome?

Does it come with the backing plate, breather bolts, all installation hardware etc.?

 

It does not come with the chrome cover, you use the stock one. All the bolts, plate, etc
are included. It is the total kit as it.comes from Fuel Moto
