Latches included? Is Black Ice a glossy black without any pinstripe?

Paul, sorry I haven’t gotten back to you sooner.. in answer to you question, yes the black portion is glossy. The bags are two tone, black/ black ice. Black ice changes colors. Latches, lids, gray stripe seperates colors.
In reference to liner. There were removable bags that fit inside the hard bags.
