NEW Burly/white bros 1" lowering kit for 02-04 FL
new, never ran just took them out of the package to mock one up
$70 shipped, paypal please.

yes, they are the lowering blocks for the shocks, as far as the part number, i have to find the package to confirm

The instructions say Burly Brand, but still has the white brother part number WB# 28-203
