This is a Khrome Werks Trailer Hitch #720565 for 2009 and later Harley Touring Bikes. It was on a 2009 Street Glide and probably fits a lot more touring models. It comes with the instructions. Check with Khrome Werks http://www.khromewerks.com/ to be sure it will work for your bike, because I sure don't know.
