Lots of youtube vids also. TD's are louder then a decatted 2-1-2 header. Stock cat header makes all pipes noticeably quieter.

Does anyone know which would be the mellower and quieter set
between the 546 and the 550..
Per description
the 546

By this description it seems the 546 would be the quietest..
does any have any experience with these two?

I went ahead and ordered the 546 from IP's site @199.00

 

I picked up the 549s. I was need to be heard and was worried the mellows would be as quite as my SE cannons. 200bux shipped and a free T!

 

I heard the cannons on a 2017 RGS.The mellows will be deeper and a little louder.If the mellows aren't loud enough I guess the headpipe is next.��

 

Are all of these 3.5" or 4' ?

 

The 549 didn't say mellows so I'm guessing they are std crushers. I have the SE high flow exhaust now with the catless 2-1-2 head pipe and 4" cannons with cats in them. These should be a bit louder and more flow I'm guessing.

 

As far as I can tell they are all 4"
