Don't need this, yours for cheap. It is a well used but very usable backrest.
Does have a little tear in the upper left corner (right in the pic) that has been stitched and near the bottom skirt that don't show when mounted. You can get new covers on ebay or get a custom one made to match your seat. $90 plus actual shipping U.S.
