I've only seen Fatshots at 1.75" inlet ( like for every evo and twincam model stock header)

Whoa! good point. I will have to double check that. I am not trying to sell it to someone without them knowing for sure it will fit. I will DBL check.
I do know these came off a 2013 SG with V&H Dresser Duals. I figured the Dresser Duals and SE High Output should be the same size.
