It's crazy but if you go to the HD site the fitment for this stuff says it's only for street glides, road kings and road glides. No idea why because you need the tour pack that's on his Ultra along with your parts to make it work on those bikes.

This stuff will fit your Ultra no problem. The HD site is wrong on what it fits.
I have the exact same parts on my 2010 FLHTK.

Those parts fit my 2010 UC CVO as well. Just turn the amp 90 degrees. Arg! I just bought them new.

!@#$ where were you a couple of months ago when I spent $500 on all this stuff?

This "will not" fit your Ultra because the tourpak is already mounted. In other words, HD assumes you will not remove your tourpak mount to install this removeable mount. So YES, it will fit!
