It's a standard model I am 6' 2" 235lbs and it worked well for me on my 2009 Streetglide. Sorry it did not fit you 2013.

I am shorter about 5' 9" and the inner thighs is what did not fit right for me when putting my feet down.
I purchased this from scubamike last week.
