I cant tell the year, what years?

 

I believe it will fit 1998 - 2008... as far as the actual year it was made I am not sure... I bought it to put on my 2000 Electra Glide and had it painted but never got around to installing it before I sold the Electra Glide and bought a Tri Glide.
