I paid $100 for it on here, the buyer said it was catless.

I have already bought a Cat Less header.

 

I think if they are actually 09, they wouldn't have the CAT In them. If you paid via PayPal, look for recourse.

You will have a hard time giving them away; just a heads up.

 

I asked him about it, and he said it was a honest mistake, and did NOT offer to refund me the money, so I figure he meant to cheat me, or he needed the $100...so I dropped it.



IDK, I was thinking if someone wanted to Auto Tune a thundermax or a Power Vision, they would need a head pipe with the bigger O2 bungs, and there is always someone crazy who would WANT a Cat on there, so IDK.

I usually let stock parts pile up, then take a few boxes to local indy shop, donate them. it ain't hurting nothing.

 

I ran into the same issue a while back, the 09 CVO and california models had the Cats and 18mm 02's. I cut mine open removed cat then went in different direction, it now waits in the garage also.

 

To the OP, I think I still have my 2009 catless OEM pipe (it is catless, I promise!).
