Default Quick detach king tour pack 09+
Had on my road king, just looking to change some things up, has a 12v power source, and lockable hinges, looking for 400 obo shipped to greater 48, also includes luggage rack and all stickers will be removed before shipping

from viewing pictures ( especially inside ) I'd say it's an HD Tour Pack ... $400.00 sounds like a fair price for sure.

Should fit the 16 Roadglide. You would just need the correct mount and detach set up for the Rushmore model
