I recently purchased a Harley SOLO detachable tour pak mount for the 2009 and up's by accident. It was used only once from the original owner. I thought it was the 2 up mount.
Selling for $100.00 shipping included to any of the lower 48 states.

be careful about saying 2009 and up as it will not fit on 2014 and up bikes as i understand. Just an FYI.

 

I wish someone could verify that.
Not sure about the solo mount but the 2up I think would work and Harley list all the backrests will fit from 2009 up to the 2017's.
I know that the docking hardware is different but if the 2up stuff fits I would think that the rear mounts are in the same position.

Sorry, wrong. I have a QD tour pak off a 2010 on my Rushmore RG. THE MOUNT is different, the accessories, Back rest, luggage racks, tour pak mounts etc... do work on the Rushmores.

I also kept my passenger back rest off my 2010 SG for this bike.

 

maybe the OP can post the HD part number- then the buyer can figure out if it will or will not work for them.

They list 2 different part numbers for the 2013 vs. the 2014. What do you mean the mount is different? Is yours a solo or 2-up?

 

That's what I'd like to find out. I know that the 2up stuff will work but can't find out if the SOLO stuff fits also!

 

Would like to chime in without jacking the thread. Got a solo rack on a trade at a swap meet, even though it has no H-D logo nor a part number stamped any where it looks exactly like this:


It mounts on my 2017, but I will say it is a very tight fit. I had to press it in because it rubs against the fender divider. The mounting points line up no problem.





Now as far as the pre 2013 models it looks like this:



The difference between both solo racks is very easy to spot. The holes were the tour pak screws go in are different, 2013 models are round & the newer has slots. Also the side edges on the solo rack are different, the older model has a small step on it where the newer does not. Hope this helps the OP & others.
